Working Princilpe
The equipment is installed in a water channel at a 35 ° angle to the horizontal plane. Sewage flows into the drum from the end of the drum, and water flows out through the gaps in the grid mesh. Solid waste is filtered into the grid mesh basket. The cleaning arm with rake teeth cleans the gaps in the grid mesh during circular movement, and the rake teeth extend into the grid mesh to remove the solid.
When the cleaning arm is at a high point, the waste is removed from the rake teeth through water flushing and the action of the slag baffle, And it falls into the spiral conveyor bucket of the garbage collection device, which is dehydrated through the action of variable pitch during the transportation process. It is squeezed dry in the upper compression zone, and the squeezed water is returned to the water channel. The garbage is then sent to the container or subsequent equipment for treatment.
Application
