Product Description

The disc type microporous aerator is a horizontal axis type surface aeration device, with the brush disc uniformly fixed on the main shaft. The brush disc starts to rotate along the main axis driven by a mixture of the driving device and water, and water droplets are thrown into the air to complete the aerobic process. It promotes cyclic flow in the oxidation ditch.

Advantages

1. The design of the aeration plate cover has a protrusion that runs downwards along the end, and there are several rods on the lower side of the protrusion and in the groove supporting the coil. The diameter of the diaphragm line should be thickened to 10mm. After the product assembly is completed, lift the gland, firmly fix the diaphragm in the groove of the support plate, and clamp the ribs in the internal rubber diaphragm to firmly seal and grasp the diaphragm, preventing it from falling off.

2. The reinforcement treatment of the screw root of the disc aerator prevents screw breakage. The optimized design of the air duct structure and the expansion of the pore area, as well as the design of corner chamfers, reduce the resistance loss of the product in working conditions.

3. There are 6 “L” shaped grab bars around the outer cover of the aerator. Under the working conditions of the aerator, it can prevent the diaphragm from falling off due to the long-term creep of the plastic gland caused by the expansion pressure of the membrane.

4. The optimized design of the air duct structure and the expansion of the pore area, as well as the design of corner chamfers, have reduced the resistance loss of the product under working conditions.
