The Automatic flocculants dosing device is widely used in auxiliary equipment for municipal water treatment and sewage sludge treatment. It can continuously and efficiently complete the compounding and mixing of polymers to obtain a homogeneous active polymer solution.
Working Principle
The dosing device adopts a jet mixer, which uses high-speed hydraulic power to disperse the agent or powder particles, increase the fineness, improve the contact between the agent or powder particles and water, increase the penetration area, and reduce the dissolution time; The equipment is composed of three overflow tanks, namely, preparation, curing and dosing. The gravity and solubility are used to generate the specific gravity difference of the solution, and the dissolved and undissolved are automatically separated, and then stirred by a low-speed mixer to improve the uniformity of the solution.
