Working Principles
The main body of the screw type sludge dewatering machine is a filtering device formed by a fixed ring and a movable ring which are overlapped with each other, and the spiral shaft penetrates through them.
The front section is the concentration section, and the rear section is the dehydration section. The filter gap formed between the fixed ring and the movable ring and the pitch of the screw shaft gradually decrease from the concentration part to the dehydration part. The rotation of the screw shaft drives the sludge to be transported from the thickening section to the dewatering section, and at the same time, it also continuously drives the traveling ring to clean the filter joint to prevent clogging.
