The hydraulic reciprocating mud scraper, also known as the bottom mud scraper, is the main equipment of the sedimentation tank. The hydraulic reciprocating bottom scraper installed at the bottom of the tank is used to scrape the sludge into the mud hopper, and then the air lift mixing and sludge discharge device installed in the mud hopper is used to discharge the sludge through the sludge discharge pipe.
Working Principle
The oil pump provides power to the hydraulic cylinder, and a set of triangular frames converts the vertical motion of the cylinder into horizontal motion. Finally, a set of wedge-shaped scrapers are driven to reciprocate at the bottom of the rectangular pool; The stroke of reciprocating motion is greater than the distance between a single scraper, which is equivalent to the transfer of sludge from the latter scraper to the previous one; The forward speed of the scraper group is approximately half of the backward speed; When moving forward, the concave surface of the wedge-shaped scraper pushes the accumulated mud towards the mud ditch of the pool in front; When retreating, a small wedge-shaped sharp angle will not drive the sludge to move backwards, while the negative pressure generated by the rapidly retreating concave surface will maintain the inertia of forward movement for a certain thickness of sludge layer. Therefore, when the scraper moves back and forth, there is a layer of sludge at the bottom of the pool that always moves forward until it falls into the sludge collection ditch.

Standard hydraulic devices installed outdoors can achieve satisfactory performance at ambient temperatures (-20 ℃ -+45 ℃). When the ambient temperature is below 10 ℃, a heater is required (optional).
The flexible positioning: hydraulic device can be installed in a convenient position at the pool end and positioned within 30 meters of the hydraulic cylinder. This flexibility is easier to adapt to the renovation of existing sedimentation tanks, without being affected by surrounding factors such as walkways and dimensions.
According to environmental requirements, different hydraulic oils can be used, and the water plant can use harmless grade oils.
High density polypropylene guide rail
According to the width of the pool, 3-5 polypropylene wear-resistant plates are set, and stainless steel sliding plates slide longitudinally on the polypropylene wear-resistant plate. The wear is reduced to very small due to water lubrication, and the wear-resistant plate usually has a service life of about five to ten years.
Structure of the air stripping device
1. The mud collection ditch is divided into several mud collection buckets.
2. Install a lifting pipe and a set of bridge breaking devices for each mud collection hopper.
3. Ball valve F1 is normally open and only closes when repairing electric ball valve D1.
4. When the water production capacity of the sedimentation tank increases and the inlet turbidity of the sedimentation tank increases, it is only necessary to adjust the working cycle of the air stripping and sludge discharge device in a timely manner.

The hydraulic reciprocating mud scraper can be equipped with an optional air lift mud discharge device, replacing traditional mud discharge devices such as pump suction, siphon suction, and gravity mud discharge.

In terms of sludge treatment, both the sludge inlet pump and sludge dewatering equipment can use smaller models of equipment, reducing investment and operating costs.
