Grille is a specialized device used for blocking solid waste at the water source outlet, which can continuously and automatically remove various shapes of floating debris in sewage.
The entire grille component is directly installed on the channel, and the solid matter is captured by the filter belt and sent to a higher position at the rear of the grille drive device through the rake teeth before being discharged. Both sides of the grille support are fixed to the concrete channel and are easy to disassemble. During the installation process, the grille ensures that all sewage in the channel can flow through the grille, and there are no dead pits on both sides of the grille during the cleaning process.
Working Principle
When the grid chain is driven by the reducer drive mechanism and circulates in the working direction, the water flow in the water tank passes through the gap of the tooth rake grid. The tooth rake grid intercepts the solid debris in the water and picks it up by the moving rake teeth. It runs up with the rake tooth chain and reaches the top. Through the guidance of the sprocket and curved rail, relative motion is generated between each group of rake teeth, achieving the goal of self-cleaning, Most of the solid debris falls due to its own gravity, while other debris adhering to the grid gap is washed clean by the reverse cleaning brush and evenly falls into the screw conveyor.
