Working Principle
Air flotation principle
Introduce a large number of microbubbles into sewage to form a three-phase mixture of water, air, and the removed substance. Under the combined action of various forces such as interfacial tension, bubble rising buoyancy, and hydrostatic pressure difference, promote the adhesion of microbubbles to the removed small suspended substance. After the density of the adhesive is less than that of water, it rises to the water surface, causing the separation and removal of pollutants in the water.
Shallow pool principle
Super efficient shallow ion air flotation is an air flotation device that integrates flocculation, air flotation, skimming, and mud scraping. It has a hydraulic retention time of 3-5 minutes, forced water distribution, static separation, and the adhesion of microbubbles and flocs occurs throughout the entire air flotation separation process, including the contact area. The scum is discharged instantaneously, with small water disturbance and low suspended solids in the effluent. The solid content in the effluent is high, and the removal rate of suspended solids can reach over 99.5%, The maximum removal rate of COD can reach over 90%, and the maximum removal rate of chromaticity can reach over 95%.
Zero speed principle
The raw water to be treated is lifted and pumped to the central inlet pipe. At the same time, dissolved water and liquid medicine are mixed in the central inlet pipe, and then evenly distributed into the ion air flotation tank through a water distribution pipe. The movement speed of the water distribution pipe is the same as the outlet flow rate, but the direction is opposite, resulting in a “zero speed”, which minimizes the disturbance of the inlet water. The suspension and settlement of the flocs are carried out under static conditions. Suspended matter floats vertically on the water surface in a relatively static environment, minimizing the distance of ascent and not being affected by the outflow velocity. The ascent speed reaches or approaches the theoretical maximum value.
Technological Process
1. Sewage flows through the trench to the collection tank, ensuring a balanced water quality and quantity;
2. Then lift it from the sewage lift pump to the shallow air flotation tank;
3. Shallow air flotation enters the pipe mouth and adds PAC and PAM, which are fully mixed through the mixing pipe at the bottom of the air flotation tank. Then, they are mixed with some positively charged small bubbles generated by the gas dissolution system to adsorb pollutants in the flocs and wastewater, bridging and entering the air flotation water distribution system;
4. Through the water distribution system, the wastewater enters the air flotation tank, and through the water distribution system and stepless speed control device of the air flotation, the wastewater entering the air flotation tank reaches zero speed in the water distribution area and air flotation area;
5. The coagulated flocs and pollutants adsorbed and bridged by microbubbles undergo rapid solid-liquid separation under the action of buoyancy and zero velocity;
6. The scum pollutants that are separated and float up in the clear water area of the shallow air flotation tank are scooped up by a spiral skimming spoon, and flow to the sludge bucket by gravity, then to the scum tank by gravity;
7. The clean water separated in the lower layer flows automatically to the clean water tank through the clean water extraction tank pipe below the rotary drum;
8. The scum in the scum tank is pumped to the sludge dewatering system by the sludge pump, and the filtrate is discharged from the trench to the water collection and leveling tank. The dry mud is then transported for landfill or comprehensive treatment.
Advantage
1. The purification tank is shallow, and the retention time of sewage in the air flotation tank is only 3-5 minutes. However, there is sufficient scum storage space on the surface, which is particularly suitable for the treatment of high concentration sewage.

It is intact and new after ten years of use.
8. It has high rigidity and only requires a “well” shaped concrete beam support, without the need to build a platform, resulting in low civil engineering costs.
